DESCRIPTION

DB Systel, the digital partner of Deutsche Bahn, has transformed itself bottom-up from a classic, hierarchical organisation to a new structure based on self-organisation and agility. Within this framework, the unit "Digital Security Consulting" was formed, consisting of eight agile teams. They advise throughout the DB Group and through all phases in a rapidly changing IT/OT-security world. Marcus Schauber will talk about the path towards this agile security organization including hurdles and hindrances. He will also explain why there is no such thing as a war for talents if you are open minded and creative.
