Super Street Small and Big Block 6200 lb Classes
Small Block
- Engine must be factory fuel injection or have one carburetor and must run pump fuel. Engine is not to exceed 408 ci. Engine must be classified as a small block by the mfg. No nitrous oxide allowed.
- Wheels and tires must be DOT approved, no alterations or cutting allowed. Max. tire size is 36" tall.
- Upright headers are allowed. Exhaust run under the truck must exit to the rear or down. No pipes will exit toward the crowd.
- Must have OEM body and chassis. No four door or extra cabs. If any part of the bed has been removed it must have a cover. Must have a bumper or bumper pads. Wheel base will not exceed 133". Trucks pulled prior to 2002 may be excluded from the wheel base rule but the wheels must be inside the original fender well location.
- Must have operational kill switch, seat belt with shoulder harness.
- Steel bell housing of SFI 6.1 or greater required. No mods. to the bell housing are allowed, it must be completely enclosed, and have a block plate. Automatic transmissions must have a SFI approved blanket or shields. All shields must be in place including dust shields.
- Blocks are allowed on rear and front suspension.
- Drop hitches are allowed but must be a max. of 26 inches high at hitch point. Hitch can be no shorter than 30% of the 133 inch wheel base or 40 inches from the center of the rear axle to hitch point. Hitch must be stationary in all directions. No (L) type hitches. Must have at least a 3 inch opening for hook. Hitch angle not to exceed 33 degrees.
- Loops are required around all yokes and universal joints. Min. 5/16" thick for steel or 3/8 for alum. and 6 " wide. Min. one loop around driveshaft with a min. 1" width. One loop per section on two piece driveshafts.
- No aftermarket transfer cases allowed.
- Fire suits must be worn and must meet or exceed 3.2 A-1 SFI specs.
Big Block Super Street
- Engine must not exceed 515 ci. No nitrous oxide or prostock heads
- An aftermarket transfer case is allowed
All the other rules are the same as the small block class.
